About the Role:
A1 Consulting Group Inc is looking for a creative and driven WebMaster & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Morrisville, NC! In this dynamic dual role, you'll be the digital voice and online presence of our brand — keeping our website in WordPress sharp and our social channels buzzing. Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain the company website to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and user experience
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, copy, and multimedia posts
- Monitor website analytics and social media metrics to track performance and inform strategy
- Perform basic SEO optimization, troubleshoot website issues, and coordinate with developers as needed
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and grow follower engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with company goals and campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website management (WordPress only )
- Hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts and content calendars
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and web performance tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field preferred
